TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TVENGINE.AI'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50), AS THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you; in such cases, TVEngine.ai's liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TVEngine.ai and its operator(s), officers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right; or (d) any decision you make or action you take based on information obtained through the Service, including any interaction with a third-party streaming platform.
Recommendations, mood tags, and summaries on TVEngine.ai are generated using automated and/or AI-assisted processes and are provided for general entertainment and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional, editorial, or curatorial advice of any kind, and TVEngine.ai makes no guarantee as to their suitability, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose. You assume full responsibility and risk for any use you make of this information.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time, at our sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service.
